Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms govern your use of Privacy Just. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use Privacy Just.

1. The service

Privacy Just provides AI-assisted tooling for privacy professionals. Output is informational and does not constitute legal advice. You remain responsible for how you use it.

2. Your account

You must be authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of your organisation. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Privacy Just to break the law, infringe rights, reverse-engineer the service, or generate content designed to deceive data subjects or regulators.

4. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance and non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel any time — access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Privacy Just is provided 'as is'. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes go to the courts of Dublin, unless mandatory consumer law grants you rights in another forum.

7. AI transparency (EU AI Act Art. 50)

Privacy Just uses AI systems to generate chat responses, draft templates and other outputs. You are always interacting with an AI when you use the chat or generate a document. AI outputs are labelled in-app and any exported file carries a visible notice plus machine-readable metadata (ai_generated=true, generator, timestamp). AI outputs are general information — not legal advice — and must be reviewed before use.
